Orders and Shipping

When will my order ship?

Normally, we ship the product within 1-2 business days after receiving the order. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the following business day.

Do you offer international shipping?

Currently, we ship only within the United States.

What is your return policy?

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Since our products such as mouse pads and skates are consumable products, to be eligible for a return, your item must be unopened and unused. It must also be in the original packaging. If the product packaging has been opened you can not return the item(s).

What should I do if my tracking information shows that my item has been delivered, but I cannot locate it?

First, please make sure that the address you provided when placing your order is correct. And then, please check with family members, roommates and neighbors to see if they have received any packages for you.

If the package is still missing, please contact us from contact form. We will work with you to file a claim with the shipping company. However, if the shipping company concludes that the item has been delivered, we cannot issue a refund or send a replacement item.

Can I track my order?

Yes, a tracking number will be included in the email sent to you when the product is shipped.

Are there any international taxes or duties that I have to pay?

No, as the products have already been imported, there are no customs duties or other fees that you need to pay.

ARTISAN Product

Are the ARTISAN products authentic?

Yes, JP Gaming is an authorized retailer of ARTISAN, and all products are genuine, sourced directly from ARTISAN.

Does the product have the old logo or the new logo?

The logo on ARTISAN mouse pads was renewed in 2022. All mouse pads we sell are those with the new logo.

Can I specify the manufacturing batch when purchasing a mouse pad?

No, the products do not have manufacturing numbers assigned to them, so it is not possible to specify a batch for purchase.

What is the difference between the Classic series and the FX series of ZERO and RAIDEN?

The Classic series does not have stitching on the edges, but all other features are the same as the FX Series.

Do you sell SHIDENKAI?

SHIDENKAI has been discontinued by ARTISAN.

What is JP Gaming?

JP Gaming sells Japanese gaming products for customers in the U.S.

The products have already been imported, and customer orders are shipped from within the U.S.

Therefore, there is no obligation for customers to pay customs duties, and delivery can be made in a short period.

Who operates JP Gaming?

JP Gaming is operated by Hamana Trading Inc., a U.S. corporation that specializes in importing and selling Japanese products. For more details, please see here.

What is the relationship between JP Gaming and ARTISAN?

JP Gaming is the official retailer of ARTISAN in the U.S.

We directly source all ARTISAN products from ARTISAN in Japan.
