We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
Since our products such as mouse pads and skates are consumable products, to be eligible for a return, your item must be unopened and unused. It must also be in the original packaging. If the product packaging has been opened you can not return the item(s).
To start a return, you can contact us contact form.
First, please make sure that the address you provided when placing your order is correct. And then, please check with family members, roommates and neighbors to see if they have received any packages for you.
If the package is still missing, please contact us from contact form. We will work with you to file a claim with the shipping company. However, if the shipping company concludes that the item has been delivered, we cannot issue a refund or send a replacement item.
