KB-a1 is designed with a concept that allows for gripping the mouse by bending the fingers, as opposed to the traditional method of gripping from the side.

Compared to the motion of pinching with the fingers, bending the fingers in their natural direction can generate greater force. As a result, this reduces the relative effort required for mouse operations and helps prevent straining.
